It’s that time of year again! Time to be thinking about the holidays! Well… at least it is for me. Custom pottery work takes about 6-8 weeks for turnaround and guess what happens in 6-8 weeks? Thanksgiving. Hanukkah. Christmas…. My birthday. In years past, I’ve taken custom orders for the holidays as they come in, but this year I wanted to try to keep it a little more centralized. You’ll find the fillable form if you keep scrolling. :)

I will be making available my three most popular lines for custom work: Icons (bees, ladybugs, blueberries, snowmen), Kitties (playful kitty chasing a ball of yarn), or simple, bright colors. Icons mugs come in a standard cup size of around 12oz, Kitties are larger at about 16oz+, and the simple color option can be either size. I have purposely not included photos of the exact colors available as glaze chemistry can sometimes be unpredictable in the kilns, photos on the internet don’t translate well to real life, and troubleshooting to get the exact color in a photo can be difficult (and arduous). If you’d like an example of previous work using my listed color I can try to provide it, but if you’re familiar with my work you can probably guess what specific glazes I’ll be using. Any of the mug options can be customized with a word, short phrase, or small symbol, but I reserve the right to approve them first (I cannot reasonably include the entire Star Wars Episode IV A New Hope’s opening roll text on the side of your mug, but I also refuse to create art that has hate speech/symbols or divisive/political themes that don’t align with my values).

Basic shipping and sales tax are included in the price of the mug, but I can work out a discount if it makes sense (like multiple items ordered for a single, local drop-off). International shipping comes with the heavy caveat that navigating the current tariff/import climate is difficult, and shipping can be both incredibly slow and very expensive. I will also remind everyone that the USPS gets backlogged during the holidays, so I cannot guarantee shipping times. I typically ship using cubic rates, and it’s usually estimated to arrive within 3-5 days for the contiguous US.

Pre-orders are capped at 50 total mugs and will have an order cut-off of Nov 6th (7 weeks before Christmas), whichever comes first.
